Website Development Terms

Website Development Process

1. Information gathering
2. Design creation
3. Design review with the client and approval
4. 50% advance payment
5. Website development
6. Website review and approval by the client
7. Payment of the remaining 50%
8. Changes not agreed upon in advance (if necessary)
9. Additional payment (if necessary)

Payment

1. The client pays 50% of the agreed amount after approving the design. The client pays the remaining amount after the website has been developed and approved.
2. Payment can be made by bank transfer after an official invoice has been issued by the company. Other payment methods may be agreed upon individually.

Making Changes

1. Once the design has been created, it will be reviewed with the client, who may request changes. Two rounds of design revisions are included. Additional revision rounds are a paid service.
2. Once the website has been developed, the client reviews and approves it. The price includes the correction of any errors, the implementation of changes agreed upon before development began, and any fixes required for the website to function correctly.
2.2. For example, if it was agreed that a contact form would be added to the Contact page but it was not, this change or error correction is included in the price.
2.3. For example, if the client decides during the website review that they would prefer an online store, an additional fee will apply.
2.4. For example, correcting text provided by the client that was copied incorrectly or fixing something that does not work, such as a button, is free of charge.
3. If a correction is made after approval, the client must approve the website again.
4. After the final approval of the project, any further changes and additions are treated as separate paid work.

Information for the Client

1. The client must purchase the domain and hosting before website development begins, or SIWEE can assist with the purchase upon advance payment.
2. Once approved, the design can only be changed for an additional fee.
3. Any changes made after the website has been approved are subject to an additional fee.
4. During development, it may be necessary to purchase additional plugins or similar items, which are paid for by the client, or a free alternative will be offered. The required plugins are usually known before development begins.
5. The client provides SIWEE with the basic information, images, and other materials required for the project. Texts may be provided by the client or prepared by SIWEE if this is included in the proposal. The scope, price, and review process for the texts are specified in the project proposal. If the client does not have suitable images, the parties will agree on the selection of stock images and any applicable licensing costs. Translations are provided by the client unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Additional Information

You can estimate the approximate cost of your website using the “Website Price Calculator“.

The calculator is designed to provide a quick and convenient estimate of the website cost. All actual costs will be agreed with the client before development begins and, if necessary, during the development process. You will be contacted after submitting the calculator form.

If you have any questions, contact information is available in the “Contact” section.
